Two parties are bound contractually by the travel contract: the traveler and his tour operator. There are additonal persons/entities that are involved in the journey and although not directly bound by the travel contract and hence having no direct contractual duties they are affected by it or themselves affect the travel contract. We shall take a look at these, too.
